I’m Eric Lange, the HR Guy. For over 45 years I’ve helped companies, large and small, for profit and not for profit, design and deliver on an HR strategy.\u00a0Throughout my career, the world we operate in has changed dramatically. My primary objective has been to ensure those changes were a positive force for the companies I’ve worked for.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I just completed over <\/span>ten-years as the Associate Executive Di<\/span>rector and Chief Human Resources Officer at the iconic\u00a0<\/span>92nd Street Y, the 148 year old cultural and community center in New York.\u00a0\u00a0As a member of the Executive Leadership team,\u00a0<\/span>I helped lead 92Y through one of its most tumultuous times and\u00a0the\u00a0most significant cultural transformation in its history.\u00a0Fast Company\u00a0recognized 92Y <\/span>as one of the most innovative nonprofits in the world.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Prior to joining 92Y, I was the senior VP of HR for Nielsen, the world’s largest media and consumer\u00a0research\u00a0company. Over my 17 years there, I helped bring about significant change throughout the global organization\u00a0as a result of technology, culture, business and ownership changes.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
